What's New in the Spudich Lab

New Spudich Lab Reunion Update!
	Spudniks past and present gathered together August 3-5, 2007 to honor Jim and to celebrate the lab. Stay tuned for a Reunion link that will provide you with pictures of the festivities.

New Publications!
	Jung-Chi and Alex's latest paper, Predicting Allosteric Communication in Myosin via a Pathway of Conserved Residues, is now available online at the Journal of Molecular Biology.
	David Altman's latest paper , Precise Positioning of Myosin VI on Endocytic Vesicles In Vivo, has been e-published ahead of print in PLos Biol on August 7, 2007.

New Post-Docs!
	Roopa Taranath. Roopa attended grad school at the Ramam Research Institute, located in Bangalore, India. The title of her thesis is "Forcing Self-Assembled Biomolecular Structures: a Study on Membrane Nanotubulation and Chromatin Fibers." Welcome, Roopa!

	Peiying Chuan. Peiying is a grad student in the Dept. of Developmenal Biology here at Stanford. She got her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Bioengineering major. Welcome, Peiying!
